Hornpiper only collects the personal data needed to reach you, submitted through the contact and diagnosis-request forms on this site. We do not profile, run marketing without consent, or sell data to third parties. No cookies are used.
02 · Data Retention
Data submitted through the forms is stored only to complete the response process. If no engagement is established, it is deleted within 90 days. If an engagement is established, the contract period plus a 2-year legal retention requirement applies.
03 · Your Rights
Under GDPR (and Turkey's KVKK, art. 11), you have the right to access, correct, delete and port your data. For requests, contact info@hornpiper.com.
04 · Tracking
The site uses privacy-first analytics. IP addresses are not stored, no cookies are set, and no tracking pixels are used. Social media buttons are plain redirect links; there is no iframe embedding.
