Hornpiper is a Growth Architecture firm that combines commerce and manufacturing experience with engineering and data science.

Where we came from.

Hornpiper's founding team comes from systems engineering, data science, logistics, foreign trade and business. Our common ground isn't theoretical consulting but having run businesses in the field.

Hornpiper was founded in 2020 with a focus on foreign trade and manufacturing. We developed products, made sales, took brands into new markets and produced commercial results. This process showed us that growth is shaped not by a desk-designed presentation but by real business dynamics. Competitive pressure, cash flow, currency movements, supply problems, operational delays and poorly-timed decisions are a direct part of growth. What moves a company forward isn't only a good idea — it's the right decision at the right time and the system that carries that decision.

As we took brands into new markets we closely observed the companies we worked alongside. There were two recurring problems. First, most growth problems weren't purely marketing problems; the issue was usually in the company's system structure. Second, the agencies those companies worked with struggled to produce structural solutions: they managed channels, but couldn't connect the CRM, data, operations and technology sides into a single growth architecture.

That's where Hornpiper's approach took shape. When we combined the instinct from commercial experience with engineering and data science, growth became a more manageable system. Data here wasn't a reporting tool — it was a decision mechanism.

In 2025 Hornpiper evolved into its current form. By separating foreign-trade and logistics activities, we became a Growth Architecture firm that unifies strategic consulting, Growth Marketing, CRM, Automation, Analytics and GTM Engineering.

Coming from a commerce and manufacturing background means we know the reality of SMEs closely. Limited resources, cash-flow pressure, operational load, decision fatigue and the dynamic where every mistake hits the balance sheet — we don't read this reality from the outside. We came from inside it.

Today Hornpiper deepens this approach through R&D. We are building Kastelan, Luna AI and Harvester — internal tools born from consulting engagements. These are proprietary tooling structures that strengthen Hornpiper's strategy, data and operations layer.

Hornpiper's direction is clear. It treats growth not as a campaign activity but as a business architecture carried by data and managed by systems.

How we work.

We diagnose first. Then we translate the growth strategy into GTM, customer acquisition, CRM, Automation and Analytics systems. We provide strategic consulting when needed, apply Growth Marketing when needed, and build CRM, Automation and custom tooling when needed. These aren't separate service boxes — they're parts of the same architecture.
