Working with Hornpiper
Every strategy advances with a discipline: DDIO. We build growth as a system, not a campaign. Across four phases we first read your structure, build its architecture, turn it into a working system and calibrate it.
Automating a broken engine scales the error. So diagnosis first, then build. Not a campaign; a modular, documented, measurable and person-independent system.
Defines the growth bottleneck.
Builds the architecture and hypothesis order.
Turns the architecture into a working system.
Measures, calibrates, compounds.
Diagnose
Growth bottleneck map, priority order, recommended area of intervention, prioritized hypothesis list.
Your current growth structure is read end to end. A growth model is mapped (acquisition, activation, retention, referral, revenue); GTM, funnel, CRM, automation, analytics and operations flows are examined together. We check whether tracking and attribution are measurement-ready. The bottleneck is shown, with numbers, by layer.
Design
Architecture document, scope, KPI set, prioritized backlog, delivery plan.
The architecture is written around the bottleneck. The order in which channels, systems, data and operations flows are addressed becomes clear. Hypotheses are prioritized with ICE; KPIs and a metric tree are defined; the system architecture from data sources to dashboard is drawn.
Implement
Working system, documented workflows, measurable deliverables.
The architecture is turned into a working system. Campaigns, landing pages, CRM flows, automation, dashboards, data flow and integrations are built per scope. Each component is built modular, documented and reliable; measurement is embedded from the start.
Optimize
Decision log, performance read, improvement backlog.
The system is calibrated. Experiments run on a weekly rhythm; we track which decision creates value, which funnel point leaks, and which operational step caps scaling. What works is compounded, what leaks is closed; learnings feed back into the model.
